Rudri is guided by the belief that “when a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.” She is passionate about identifying and addressing systemic barriers to learning and teaching.

She specializes in designing and delivering mathematics instruction tailored to the needs of diverse learners, fostering a deep understanding of the subject. Rudri is also actively involved in teacher development, coaching, and leading professional development initiatives, along with contributing to strategic planning and collaborative outreach programmes that promote inclusive education.
