Mala has extensive experience in overseeing adaptive programmes, spearheading initiatives such as Service Learning, Internships, and Community Visits, while ensuring that the programmes she designs are holistic and outcome-driven. She is also part of a Vision Therapy core team and is committed to supporting the diverse needs of learners through collaborative and individualized approaches.
